Comments or information: Born in Port Orchard and living there almost all my life, I didn't get very far! My travels include China, Canada, Norway, England and Guam. I took my very first cruise, a 3 week cruise through the Panama Canal in May, 2014.
August 2014 I moved to Spokane, WA. I attend the Berean Bible Church.
After ending an unsuccessful marriage I met the love of my life. Our first date - Senior Chief, USN, Bob Oke asked me to go to church with him. A year later (1976) we married. As I look back I am still amazed that God gave me the desires of my heart! We had a wonderful life together, lot's of challenges and opportunities.
Bob went home to be with the Lord four months after retiring from the Washington State Senate (serving 16 years)and two months before the new Narrows bridge opened July 15, 2007.
