"Still rocking after all these years" Our father was a truly amazing individual, with a contagious enthusiasm for life. His passion was music, playing drums, and enjoying good times with friends. After graduating from South Kitsap High in 1958, he started a career in sales & marketing, with a side hobby of promoting and playing in local bands. Tiny Tony & the Statics, Merilee Rush & the Turnabouts, were just a few of many. His professional career lasted thirty years in the business machines industry as a manufacturer's representative, owning his own company, and working various sales positions. As a retiree, he loved driving a Limousine while entertaining his clients with a wealth of local knowledge. Love of music was always at his core, he regularly played the drums at various jam sessions all around the Puget Sound. He was preceded in death by his parents Ecklund and Mary, siblings Richard, Donald, Mary Louise, Claudia and wife Cleatus Dana Score in 2009. Surviving are two daughters, Marsha (Dave) Schumann of Lake Stevens, Michelle (Matt) Smith of Puyallup, and three grandchildren; Zach Schumann, Sydney Schumann and Ethan Smith. Also enduring are many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, all of whom were cherished. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m. January 29, 2017, Elliott Bay Marina, Seattle Yacht Club Station Clubhouse 2601 W. Marina Pl.
